Fresh, Light with notes Fresh hay, bamboo with buttery peas seasoned with a toasted seaweed, Tea Stop's Premium Organic Japanese Sencha Green Tea, is a great choice for people whom enjoy loose leaf green tea.

This Premium Organic Japanese Sencha Green Tea comes from the Kagoshima Tea Region located in Japan. Known for its limited yields during the plucking season, this garden is nestled on the southern island of Kyushu. Kagoshima is conveniently situated next to the Bay of Kagoshima, with flat plains that make planting a breeze. The region enjoys mild, warm, and humid climates, enhanced by seabreezes from the Bay of Kagoshima and the East China Sea, along with plenty of rainfall. This combination supports a longer harvest season, positioning Kagoshima as the second-highest tea-producing region in Japan. Adding to its unique terroir, Mount Sakurajima, an active volcano in Kagoshima Bay, enriches the soil with minerals. This results in green tea with a mellow, smooth, and sweet flavour, free from astringency.

This Tea provides a Light, Fresh Premium Flavour with notes of Fresh hay, bamboo finishing with buttery peas seasoned with a toasted seaweed, perfect to be enjoyed hot or iced.
