Refund policy
Please carefully check your order before payment to ensure you have ordered the correct items. For the interest of health and safety, we do not accept returns on opened packets of tea. All packets are sealed for hygiene purposes and once opened outside of our facility, cannot be guaranteed as safe by Tea Stop standards.
Our tea is blended in small batches and regularly tested to ensure optimum quality. To maximise shelf life, please store in an airtight container in a cool dry place away from direct sunlight.
You may return all unopened items in original packaging within 7 days of purchase. For returns/refunds it is the responsibility of the purchaser to organise return shipping .
If you are unsatisfied with our products for any reason, please contact us immediately upon receiving. Cases will not be considered after seven days from delivery.
