Delivery Charges

We offer Free Shipping on orders over $100 which applies Australia wide. Tea Stop uses Australia Post as our main shipping carrier. We charge a flat rate of $11.50 for orders under $100. Express Shipping Orders will be charged at $15.00 for orders up to 5kg.

Estimated Delivery

We endeavour to deliver all Standard Australian Orders within 7-10 working days and all Express Orders within 1-2 working days. Deliveries to regional and remote areas may take slightly longer. We use Australia Post as our fulfilment partner.

If there is any reason why we expect your order to be delayed, we will advise by email. If you do not receive your order within the expected timeframe, please contact us and we will follow this up.
