BREWING METHOD GUIDE:
Usu-Cha (Thin Tea) Method
- Use 2 matcha scoops of matcha.
- Sift the matcha into your matcha bowl.
- Gradually pour 70ml to 80ml of hot water at 75°C into the matcha bowl.
- With a chasen (bamboo whisk), whisk the matcha in a back-and-forth motion, forming a tight W-shape with your wrist, until a smooth, creamy foam is achieved.
- Pair with small snacks or traditional Japanese tea treats.
Koi-Cha (Thick Tea) Method
- Use 3 to 4 matcha scoops of matcha.
- Sift the matcha into your matcha bowl.
- Slowly pour 40ml of hot water at 75°C into the matcha bowl.
- With a chasen (bamboo whisk), mix the matcha in a wide and gentle circular motion to create a thick and smooth texture.
- Pair with small snacks or traditional Japanese tea treats.
Hot Matcha Latte:
Heat milk a using milk steamer or saucepan.
Pour over the brewed tea to make Tea Latte.
Iced Matcha Latte:
Pour brewed tea over ice.
Add milk for Iced Latte.
Iced Sparkling Matcha:
Pour brewed tea over ice.
Use soda water for Sparkling Iced Tea.

Delivery Charges
We offer free shipping on orders over $100 which applies Australia wide. Tea Stop uses Australia Post as our main shipping carrier. We charge a flat rate of $11.30 for orders under $100. Express shipping orders will be charge at $14.80 for orders up to 3kg.

We endeavour to deliver all standard Australian orders within 1-7 working days and all express orders within 1-2 working days. Deliveries to regional and remote areas may take slightly longer. We use Australia Post as our fulfillment partner.
